How to Defeat Zoom Fatigue
Integrate short breaks during lengthy virtual meetings to allow for physical and mental relaxation. Stretching or moving around can be beneficial. Limit the number and length of online meetings. Be mindful of scheduling and try to limit the number and duration of virtual meetings. Opt for asynchronous communication when suitable. Let the eyes rest, prioritize mental health, avoid multitasking, establish boundaries, and encourage camera breaks.
