Co-Founder & CEO
Sourabh is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at AdvantageClub.ai . He has done his master’s in computer science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), majoring in data mining and machine learning, post which he started working with Amazon and Microsoft in the US. With his invaluable experience in creating 1.0 scalable product innovations and leading large teams, Advantage Club is revolutionizing the employee experience world.
Smiti Bhatt Deorah
Co-Founder & COO
Smiti is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at AdvantageClub.ai . She is a Computer Science graduate from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), post which she started working at Microsoft in the US. With her strong set of experience in B2B relationship building, Smiti is set to disrupt the employee experience industry with Advantage Club.
