Value statement
An organizations fundamental values, ideals, and priorities are expressed in a value statement. The companys values, standards, and what stakeholders, such as clients and staff, should anticipate from its operations in the long run are included in the statement. A value statement typically includes key elements that convey the organizations values and priorities. The ethical principles, standards of conduct, and the organizations commitment to its employees and clients are expressed in the Value statement.
A value statement has both internal and external applications. It serves as a guide for organizational operations and decision-making internally, while externally, it is a tool for building trust with the core audience, providing a transparent view of the companys values and commitments.
