Human metrics are data points used to measure and track various aspects of an organizations human capital. Metrics measure employee performance, productivity, output, quality of work, efficiency, achievement of goals, etc. Employee engagement including their level of satisfaction, commitment, motivation, and connection to the organization. Employee well-being, physical and mental health, work-life balance, stress levels, and overall happiness. Talent acquisition and retention, effectiveness of recruitment processes, hiring success rates, turnover rates. Learning and development, effectiveness of training programs, skill development, knowledge acquisition, etc. Diversity and inclusion, representation of different demographics within the workforce, inclusivity of workplace culture, etc.
