EFQM

The EFQM or European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model is a globally recognized self-assessment framework. It measures an organization’s strengths and areas for improvement across all of its activities. It assists businesses in identifying gaps and implementing potential solutions. Thereby it enables organizations to attain desired goals. The model was first developed in 1991 and has been revised several times since then. It is based on the idea that there are nine key factors that contribute to an organization’s success.
