Agency recruiters are also known as recruitment agents or staffing experts. They act as go-betweens for companies looking to fill openings and individuals looking for work. They help with the process of discovering, interviewing, and employing a suitable candidate for a job. They are in charge of finding qualified individuals to fill unfilled positions.
Agency recruiters are recruited on a contract basis, and their compensation is dependent mostly on the employees probation period. Recruitment agents are responsible for screening and interviewing potential candidates. The initial rounds of interviews are often conducted by the agency recruiters to assess the candidates suitability for the position. Agency recruiters build and maintain relationships with client companies (employers) to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and specific requirements for each role.
