Onboarding is the complete process of incorporating new employees into an organization and making them valuable members. It is about acquainting them with its culture, values, and policies, and providing them with the guidance and resources they require to be successful part of the team. The onboarding process begins as soon as an employee accepts a job offer and continues during their initial days, weeks, or even months on the job.
